I would also like to express my thanks to your installation team here. They were very professional, thorough and have done a great job with the installation. Probably some of the best “tradies” I’ve dealt with in a very long time.
Our house particularly during summer gets hot and muggy. As it is costly to run our air conditioning system for lengthy periods we decided to look in to an alternative to cool our house.
We considered installing a whirly bird on our roof however after some research we came across the Odyssey Ventilation system. After one meeting with the Odyssey sales representative we decided to go ahead with the installation.
The cost is reasonable and the installation process itself is pain free. The Odyssey system only took a few hours to install and the staff were very professional and cleaned after themselves.
Once the system was installed we immediately noticed the air in the house felt fresher and the heat that used to build up after a long hot day was no longer evident. It also made sleeping on a hot night more comfortable.
I would have no problems recommending this product to anyone facing a similar scenario as it is one of the best things we have done.
We are the type of people who tell it how it is. We wanted the best and we got the best from start to finish, best decision we ever made. Thanks very much.

Just wanted to provide some feedback about the Bradford installation team.
They arrived on time, were well mannered, professional and easy to talk to. Dave suggested a few options and went with our preference. They cleaned up after everything and did a great job.
There was an issue with the 2 units communicating to each other and Dave and the team did all they could to isolate the problem.
He returned the next day with a new module and got the 2 units working together.
The electrician that came did a superb job with the installation of the LCD display.
I realise how hot the roof was on the day of the installation (and the second day that Dave came back) and appreciate that the team took their time to do a thorough and professional job.
